Sorry we didn't blog yesterday, the website wasn't working :( We are done building houses now and had great experiences each day. We have worship and a teaching each morning and they have been very convicting. We've been challenged with questions like, "What are we living for?" or " What is God's will for the whole world and not just for our own lives?" No one has gotten seriously sick! Praise the Lord! The weather has still been very pleasant. We're having spaghetti tonight and had pizza last night; I guess we're sick of the Mexican food already! No, not really-we're just being versatile?..I don't know. We're having Mexican pastries tomorrow and going to the orphanage! Everyone is very excited for that! Please pray that not only will our hearts truly break for these people but that we won't be able to have peace until we do something about it! We've been called to action everyday and my hope is that we will truly follow through on what Jesus has called us to do.
Side Note: All families, parents, and everyone who invested in this missions trip- We are having a WORSHIP AND DESSERT NIGHT on JULY 1ST at 7PM at the TOWN CENTER!
We will be sharing our testimonies, stories, and pictures! It's going to be a wonderful night of fellowship! So please try your hardest to come :)
Ok, next student!
Love you Mom, Dad, and Brad!
